- To Aware women and girls and empower them through Skill development training, establish small scale industries and cottage industries.
- To Work for SC, ST and other marginalized sections of the society for their holistic development.
- To have youth supports to develop them for employment and work for upcoming challenges.
- To conduct programs for welfare of children and eradication of children labor.
- To organize hand in hand work and self development program for undeveloped & mentally challenged person.
- To facilitate work and conduct different program for the development of agriculture, train farmers, waste land development and renovation and creation of new irrigation system.
- To implement program and scheme in rural and urban area to promote safe drinking water, household latrines, community latrines, community and individual hygiene behavior in the society.
- To conduct programs to awaking labor force on minimum wage and to get other support entitlements.
- Having set up counseling center/short stay home/crèche/hostels for adolescent girls who are destitute, social excluded, widow, girl freed from brothel and women who are mentally challenged, women in need, children for working women, women in disaster and conduct other program for their welfare.
- To conduct development, welfare scheme and programs for the mental, physical, intellectual, social, economic, education development of women, youth and children.
- To conduct welfare programs for development rehabilitation and empowerment of old age people.
- To conduct programs for rain water conservation and increasing the level of the ground water and to keep it clean.
- To conduct various programs to ensure expansion of health facilities in the old conventional system of treatment.
- To conduct livelihood generation programs.
- To organize and facilitate all other programs/activities supporting and complementary as required morally being helpful achieving the object of social development as whole.
