Greetings from PJSS!
For Prakash Jan Sewa Sanstha (PJSS), the year 2013-14 was a year Full of significant initiatives and innovative approaches that helped us enhancing the true participation of our stakeholders with improved collaborations in the development sector. Since its inception in the year1995,the journey of 20 years with ups and down has been a huge learning experience for us. Each year with our renewed commitment and dedication, we are continuously marching ahead that is more eventful than the previous year. As this report shows, we either provide services or facilitate the needy to access service provided by others. The focus of each program has been the weaker sections, sick, poor, indigent and destitute. So for Our intervention area is based in Hazaribag, Lohardaga, Koderma, Latehar, Jamtara, Sahibganj and Ramgarh distrcts in Jharkhand state spread over 200 panchayats and 552 villages in totality.
The year 2014-15 was a good success for us and this Annual report outlines our progress on different issues like education to child labors, Plantation, crèche for children, waste land development program, vocational training, poverty alleviation, health awareness, Livelihood Promotion training women empowerment and others. A good number of direct and indirect stakeholders benefited from our need based programs during the year.
As always, the challenges have been many, but as our vision gets transformed to veracity many hurdles are watered down. We would not be reporting such progress without the unfailing support and contributions of our donors, friends and well wishers, I would like to Have this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to our donors like NCLP (GoI), JUIDCO, Panchyati Raj Department, NACO and local community of our project areas whose financial, technical contribution and guidance always help us moving forward in a realistic manner. For all these achievements, I would like to thanks our Board members for their constant guidance and support which has time and again provided us with new insights and vigor to move ahead. I also extend my sincere thanks to our resource providers and last but not least to our team members.
